CKD Manager Clinical Routine

The CKD Manager Clinical Routine category displays cohorts of patient's whose clinical record may require a review. The reporting lines contain such information as; CKD Read coding suggestions and patients whose blood pressure is not to target.

Note - Some report lines only display if you have patients who meet the relevant criteria.
